The consultancy for opening a corporate account is structured in three parts:
- a first part in which I get to know the client about his specific needs, advise him and check whether he meets the requirements of the banks to open an account. The cost of this phase of the consultancy is 150€ + VAT.
- The second part will consist of preparing the file with all the documentation required by the various credit institutions to open the account. These will often be company incorporation documents, balance sheets or other documentation that in many cases will have to be translated and apostilled. Here the costs are variable
- the third part will consist of presenting the documentation first and the client later to the bank for the KYC (know your client) now practised by all institutions
In some cases the procedure will be carried out online, in others it will be possible to delegate a person (lawyer or accountant) to carry out the procedure, and in others the banks will require the physical presence of the client.
The total costs vary between €500 and €3500 net of VAT, plus translations, apostilles and powers of attorney.
IMPORTANT: HERE ALL THE BANKS OFFERED ARE PHYSICAL BANKS REGULARLY AUTHORISED BY THE JURISDICTION WHERE THEY ARE DOMICILIATED, THEY ARE NOT EMI (ELECTRONIC MONEY INSTITUTION) There are sites on the web that offer the constitution of companies with accounts that are actually electronic wallets or other. This is not the case here.
